Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for an outpatient community health center in Vashon, WA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving vulnerable populations, be comfortable working in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, and provide high-quality primary care for patients of all ages.
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a full-scope patient population (newborns to geriatrics)
- Perform basic outpatient procedures including injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care
- Work with a full support team: dedicated MA, receptionists, dietitians, behavioral health therapists, and local pediatricians
- Chart via EPIC EMR
- Participate in team-based care, chronic disease management, and walk-in coverage as needed
- Expected to see up to 18 patients per day
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
- Active Washington State medical license (required)
- Active WA DEA license (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required before start)
- Minimum 2 years of Family Practice experience
- Recent face-to-face patient care within the last year, including pediatrics
- Clean malpractice history
- Must be COVID and flu vaccinated
- Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus
- Full-Time | 40 hours/week
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, or call
Job Responsibilities
