We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join a well-respected hospital in Ocala, Florida. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity with no nights, weekends, or inpatient duties. You will be part of a dedicated, experienced team focused on delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree

• Completion of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one

• Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills

• Strong focus on preventive care and chronic disease management

• Compassionate approach to patient care and team collaboration

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Full-time position, minimum of 40 hours per week

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and/or pediatric patients

• Conduct annual wellness exams, chronic care management, and preventive screenings

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

• Coordinate care with specialists and allied health providers

• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR

• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state medical regulations
