Is it time for a change? We are hiring a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established primary care practice in northeastern, NY—with a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and optional teaching or hybrid opportunities!
Job Details:

Start: As soon as credentialed (approx. 90-day timeline)

Schedule: Full-time, outpatient

Call: Light rotation with RN triage support

Work Type: Comprehensive primary care for all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics

Team Structure: Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
-
Optional Involvement: Teaching (medical students, NP/PA), hospital medicine, leadership/admin
-
Provide full-scope primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care
-
Conduct routine physicals, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling

Ensure high-quality, compassionate care aligned with evidence-based practices

Engage in team-based, patient-centered workflows within a hospital-affiliated system
Requirements:

Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (no lapsed certifications)

Commitment to a full-time, long-term outpatient role

Interest in becoming a lasting part of a community practice

Comfortable with shared call and collaborative team environment

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
What our client has to offer:

Base Salary: $250,000–$260,000, based on experience

Productivity Bonus: Earn additional income from day one

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000, paid with your first paycheck
