Family Medicine Physician – Saratoga Springs, NY
Outpatient-Only | Up to $100K in Bonuses | Flexible Scheduling
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established, patient-centered outpatient practice in beautiful Saratoga Springs, New York. This full-time, permanent opportunity offers flexible scheduling, minimal call, and a strong support system in a collaborative, physician-led environment.
Position Overview:
- Full-time outpatient position with a 4- or 5-day workweek (40 hours/week, 34 clinical hours)
- Call rotation: ~1 in 70 days, phone-only, with RN triage as first contact
- Telemedicine coverage: 2–3 hours on occasional weekends (every 3 months)
- No in-office weekend hours
- Average 18–24 patients/day
- Care for patients of all ages
- Work within a multidisciplinary care team including APPs
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and NP/PA learners
- Use EPIC EMR for documentation
- Optional roles in hospital medicine or administrative leadership
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (no lapsed certifications)
- Active NY license (or ability to obtain)
- Not open to 1099 arrangements, visa sponsorship, or long-distance commuting
- Base salary between $250,000 and $260,000, with opportunity for additional income through productivity incentives
- $75,000 starting bonus paid in the first paycheck
- $25,000 retention bonus at the start of year two
