Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician in Saratoga, NY

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who values flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team.
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact.
• Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage.
• Perform telemedicine coverage for designated weekends.
• Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and records.
• See an average of 18–24 patients per day.
• Optional roles in hospital medicine or administrative leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or currently eligible).
• Active New York State Medical License (or willing to obtain).
• DEA and ACLS certifications by start date.
• Clean malpractice and licensing history.
• Strong interest in providing primary care for all age groups.
• Willingness to work full-time with a flexible 4- or 5-day schedule.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active New York State Medical License.
• DEA certification.
• ACLS certification.
