Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician in Stillwater, NY

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics).
• Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases.
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage.
• Receive support from hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance.
• Participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students (optional).
• Engage in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles as desired.
• Work with flexible scheduling, ideally in a full-time outpatient setting.
• Commit to long-term engagement with the practice.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Active NY Medical License or willingness to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care.
• Clean malpractice and licensing history.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (REQUIRED).
• Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain one).
• ACLS certification is preferred.
