Job description
Our client is seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician to join their facility in Saratoga County, NY—offering strong practice support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for teaching and hybrid roles.
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
- Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases
- Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
- Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
- Be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance
- Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students
- Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles
- Flexible schedule options are available; preference for candidates open to a full-time, outpatient setting with shared call rotation.
- Preference for candidates interested in long-term commitment to the practice.
- Availability to start upon credentialing.

- No lapsed Board Certifications allowed
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $260,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Productivity Incentives: Eligible to earn additional compensation through our productivity-based model, starting from day one.
- Sign-On Bonus: Receive a sign-on bonus of up to $75,000, paid in full with your first paycheck.
- Retention Bonus: An additional $25,000 retention bonus is awarded at the start of your second year of employment.

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- If Truly board eligible include the following: REQUIRED
- Within how many years of eligibility (1-5 years)?
- How far in advance of graduation are you willing to consider (1 year, 2 years, etc.)?
- Include any expectations you have for them to become Board Certified (i.e. within 3 years).
- Active NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care required - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and licensing history - REQUIRED, NO EXEMPTIONS
