Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages
Setting: Outpatient, office-based primary care
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care

Average 18–24 patients/day

Collaborate with APPs and care team

Participate in light, low-frequency phone-only call rotation

Optional involvement in hospital medicine or leadership roles

Opportunity to precept students
Required Procedures: General primary care (no specifics listed)
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: RN triage, APPs, administrative staff
Days Per Month: Full-time (4 or 5 days/week)
On-Call/Weekends: Approx. 1 in 70 days; weekend telemedicine coverage 2–3 hrs every 3 months
Submission Requirements:

Board Certified in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible within 5 years and working toward BC) – REQUIRED

Active NY License or willingness to obtain – REQUIRED

DEA and ACLS certifications by start date – REQUIRED

Clean malpractice and licensing history – REQUIRED

Willingness to work full-time, 4- or 5-day schedule – REQUIRED

Strong interest in primary care for all ages – REQUIRED

Not open to candidates within 30 miles of Saratoga, NY – REQUIRED
