Practice Overview

• You'll join a rural clinic team with 2 full-time physicians, 1 part-time internist, and 8 APPs
• Full-spectrum care: outpatient visits, inpatient rounding, and emergency coverage (80 ER visits/month)
• Access to onsite specialists, infusion therapy, and behavioral health via telemedicine
• Facilities include 6 clinic rooms, 1 procedure suite, 12 inpatient beds, and 1 OR

Schedule

• Full-time role covering clinic, hospital, and ER with strong team collaboration
• Night call backed by telehealth partners; ER callback response required within 30 minutes
• Inpatient census averages 0-2; weekend ER shifts handled by APPs
• Shared patient care model fosters camaraderie and continuity

Compensation & Benefits

• $350,000 base salary with a $25,000 sign-on bonus
• $30,000 retention bonus paid out over years 2-4 ($10,000 annually)

Candidate Requirements

• Family Medicine physician comfortable with outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care
• Board certification not required; all levels of experience welcome
• Must be open to full-scope rural practice, including patients of all ages
