Location: Charming, waterfront town on the coast of North Carolina
Start Date: As early as June 24, 2025
Duration: June 24 – December 31, 2025 (with strong potential to extend)
Reason for Need: Immediate backfill – provider leaving June 24.

Practice Details
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- No call – your evenings and weekends are yours
- Volume: 14–17 patients/day – focus on quality over quantity
- All-ages primary care – from newborns to seniors
- Procedures: Chronic condition management, minor procedures (I&D, laceration repair), pain management, and more
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active NC license (DEA and state CDS also required)
- Must be comfortable seeing pediatrics through geriatrics

Job Responsibilities
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call: None
• Patient Volume: 14–17 patients per day
• Setting: Outpatient only
• Scope of Practice:
o General primary care across all ages
o Chronic disease management
o Ordering labs and diagnostic procedures
o Laceration repair, I&D
o Appropriate pain management and prescriptions
• EMR: Epic
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active North Carolina medical license
