We are seeking a
Family Physician
to join a well-established healthcare practice in
New Haven, CT
. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to individuals and families across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Promote preventive care and patient education
Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
Document all patient interactions in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
Strong communication, diagnostic, and clinical skills
