Duration- 6,9+ months up to a year
M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Support Staff- NP, RN onsite 2or 3 MA's at any given time, Also a clinic manager, CMO
# of patients per day:18-20
EMR: Cerner community works
-Willing to see peds, well child exams
-Women's health- not a lot of it but occasionally
-No OB (out of the clinic no GYN either)
-Some chronic pain management
-CMS, Medicare, Medicaid experience required, rural healthcare experience preferred
Certifications: PALS, BLS
License: WA state required at time of presentation
BC: Required, Yes FP (Generalist no experts on anything)
Travel- once a month okay but not back and forth
Credentialling: If credentialed in WA before takes 30 days, if not then it would be 90+ days
