Hospital-employed
Shared Call Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
Provide continuing care for the individual and family across all genders, diseases, and parts of the body
Focus on community, emphasizing disease prevention, wellness, and health promotion
Provide personal, comprehensive and continuing care for the individual in the context of the family and the community
