A well-established FQHC in a growing Washington metro area is adding a Primary Care physician to its team. This is a true outpatient role designed for long-term sustainability—reasonable patient volumes, protected admin time, and strong support from a large, experienced provider group.
You'll care for a diverse patient population in a quality-focused environment that values access, continuity, and work-life balance. The organization offers flexibility in scheduling and the infrastructure of a large system without losing its community feel.
Position Highlights:
• 100% outpatient primary care - average 20 patients per day
• 4 or 5-day workweek with built in admin time
• Generous base salary + annual quality bonuses up to $15K
• Student loan repayment options including: PSLF, NHSC, & more!
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and 6 weeks of PTO
