Our thriving group in Coeur d'Alene, ID seeks a BE/BC IM or FM Physician for a dual-role position—providing direct patient care and shared medical directorship in a skilled nursing facility.
Become a key physician for staff, with the opportunity to expand your leadership across multiple facilities as you integrate with the team.
The Position:
• 4 Days/Week of Clinical Care.
• Strong Support Team: All scheduling, paperwork, and logistics are handled by our dedicated office staff.
• Shared Medical Directorship: Partner with an experienced Medical Director on compliance and operations.
• Team-Based Leadership Model: Collaborate with your co-Medical Director to meet regulatory needs, ensure quality care, and promote effective collaboration between staff and administration.
• Strong Income Potential: Guaranteed base salary + additional pay for extra shifts.
• Full Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Malpractice, 4 weeks PTO + Holidays, 401k.
