Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services within scope of practice

Follow clinic policies, state/federal guidelines, and confidentiality requirements

Collaborate with clinic staff and evaluate performance

Contribute to a supportive, professional clinical environment
Required Procedures: Standard family medicine outpatient care
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Full clinical support team
Days Per Month: Approximately 16 days/month (4-day work week)
On-Call/Weekends: None required
Submission Requirements:

Active Washington State medical license – Required
