Primary Care Physician (PCP)
A Primary Care Physician is needed in Panama City, Florida.
Panama City is a thriving coastal community offering beautiful beaches, a low cost of living, and a growing population. This opportunity is with a respected outpatient medical clinic that provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to the local community.
Salary and Benefits
- Target salary: $195,000 - $210,000 annually (based on experience)
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 14 paid holidays annually
- 15 days of PTO (vacation, sick, and personal time)
- 6% 403(b) retirement plan (3% base contribution)
- 457(b) plan – company matches 50% of contributions up to the IRS maximum (must be on track to max out 403(b))
- CME allowance – $1,500 per year (can be used for CME, licensure, and DEA expenses)
- Up to 5 additional admin days per year for CME activities
- Relocation assistance – $1,000 available
- Malpractice insurance fully covered
- Full support staff
- No nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities
- Onsite provider role – no remote work
Responsibilities
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
- Target patient volume: 16 patients per day
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
