Family Medicine – Northern New York
A community health center in northern New York is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, 100% outpatient position. This is an employed opportunity offering an excellent work-life balance and supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
- 5 eight-hour shifts per week
(Monday & Friday 7 a.m.–5 p.m.; Tuesday–Thursday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.) - No call responsibility
- Strong clinical and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $300,000–$325,000
- Sign-on bonus and incentives
- 4 weeks vacation, 4 personal days, 2 weeks sick time, and 9 paid holidays
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
- Licensing and certification reimbursement
- Full benefits package and paid malpractice
- Visa candidates (J1/H1B) welcome for 2025 & 2026
