Family Medicine – Upstate New York (Thousand Islands region)
A critical access hospital in northern New York is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established, hospital-employed outpatient practice.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, outpatient-only
- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- 20–25 patients/day
- Strong clinical support staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $300,000–$335,000 plus incentives
- Sign-on bonus
- 6 weeks PTO plus holidays, 1 week CME with $2,000 stipend
- Full benefits including health, dental, vision, 403(b)
- Visa sponsorship available
Location:
- Picturesque town along the St. Lawrence River in the Thousand Islands region
- 45 minutes to Ottawa, 2 hours to Montreal, just over 1 hour to Syracuse
