Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician opening in OK Located in McAlester, 64m to Muskogee Full Time and Permanent Employment We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate board eligible/board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our experienced primary care team in McAlester, Oklahoma. Position Highlights: Competitive 2-year income guarantee base salary with achievable wRVU thresholds and quality incentives for additional compensation. $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $25,000 relocation bonus. Up to $50,000 resident stipend. Rural longevity bonus of $30,000 upon completion of each fiscal year. Rural Incentive bonus of $20,000 upon completion of each fiscal year. $5,000 annually towards Continuing Medical Education (CME) expenses. 25 days of paid time off plus 7 holidays during the guarantee; eligible for an additional 2 weeks paid time off for a medical mission activity (with approval). Up to $200K in student loan repayment through the Health Care Workforce Training Commission. Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Immigration support by an experienced immigration attorney, if needed. Position Overview: Outpatient clinic role no inpatient responsibilities. Standard office hours: Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm. Administrative time: 5 days clinic time with 0.5-day admin time per week. Minimal shared call schedule with a large physician group, triaged by nurses first.
