- Specialty: Geriatric Primary Care
- Setting: Clinic
- Schedule: M-F 8a - 5p
- Patient Volume: 10 patients per day
- 1099 contract
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine MD/DO
- Board Certified
- DEA and BLS required
- AZ state license
- 1-2 years of physician experience
- Pay: By phone discussion only
- Weekly paychecks
