CONTRACT LENGTH 3+ Months
SCHEDULE DETAILS (i.e.: “full time, 7a-7p, no weekends”) M-F 8am-5pm 7 hours of patient contact time with 1 hour for admin time. Would be flexible to 4 days a week
Work Details:
· Facility Type: Primary care clinic
· Avg. Daily Census: about 18-20 patients per day
Requirements:
· Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: FM Board certification preferred not required.
· DEA required
· Years of Experience Req’d: 1-4 years outpatient FM PCP experience
· BLS,ACLS
PATIENT AGE GROUP (Neonatal / Infant / Peds / Adult / Geriatric / etc) Must be able to see all ages from kids to geriatrics
SPECIAL PROCEDURES/DETAILS (General position details, i.e. “No peds, cardio required” etc) Minor in-office procedures like cyst removal, laceration repair, skin biopsies, pap smear, cyst removal, incision, etc.
