Opportunity

With nearly 60 providers, the team thrives off of collaboration and has a great system in place for flexible scheduling, consisting of a possible blocked schedule with additional flex shifts per month
Patient census varies on the inpatient rehab hospital assigned within the greater Tampa area, but all are manageable daily loads, and the physician will have a strong team of clinical and/or APP support
Must be Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or PMR, Inpatient Rehab experience preferred, and/or available to start this year
Active Florida medical licensure already preferred (or applied for ideally)
Contracts are full-time, W2, employed, offering a competitive base salary with lucrative bonuses based on profit-sharing and productivity along with full benefits
This is not a locums opportunity nor eligible for visa sponsorship
