Specialty accepted: Primary Care MD
Start date: ASAP – Ongoing (5 days/week minimum)
Shifts requested: Clinic open 7 days/week; provider will work 5 days including 1 weekend day
Practice setting: Outpatient
Patient load: 25 patients/day
Ages: All ages
Procedures required: General health and preventive care, annual physical exams, well-child visits, vaccinations, screenings (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), acute illness treatment (e.g., URI, GI infections, UTIs), chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders), and behavioral health management (e.g., anxiety, depression)
Requirements: BLS, DEA, NY license, Medicaid/Medicare number, Mandarin or Cantonese fluency
Other: Located in NYC with required float between two clinics; Mandarin or Cantonese speaking provider is needed to meet patient population demand; supportive team environment; EMR: MDLand (experience not required); unpaid lunch; local candidates preferred
