Work Schedule:
- Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Call Rotation: Rotating monthly schedule shared with OB physicians
Patient Distribution: 75% Outpatient, 25% Inpatient
Patient Volume: 20 patients per day

Job Description:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) to join a growing practice in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, along with collaboration with OB/GYN specialists.
Practice Highlights:
Family Medicine Clinic Team: 1.5 Family Medicine Physicians, 1 Certified Nurse Practitioner, and 6 Family Medicine Residents
Hospital OB Department: 3 OB/GYN Physicians
Opportunity to provide full-spectrum care, including OB deliveries
Fair and balanced call rotation with OB providers
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive family medicine care with obstetrics in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Manage an average of 20 patients per day
Participate in call rotation for OB coverage
Collaborate with OB/GYNs and Family Medicine Residents to deliver high-quality maternal and newborn care
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
ACOG, Board Certified in Family Medicine
FMOB fellowship is desired but not required
Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico
