Family Medicine opening in DeForest/Madison, Wisconsin Details:

• Average of 17-20 patients per day; no nights or weekends (Extended clinic hours 7AM-5:30PM)
• 1.0 FTE = 36 Patient contact hours per week + administrative time
• Shared call amongst the providers; Phone call only - triaged through MyNurse line.
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• General procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, etc.
• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
• Established team of 3 physicians and 1 Advanced Practitioner
• Established practice serving the Deforest-Windsor community
