Family Medicine – Indianapolis, IN Metro Area
- Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team
- Salary range: 235k – 250k DOE plus bonus incentives
- Outpatient only practice
- Flexible scheduling options – 35 patient contact hours per week with 5 admin hours. Providers are not required to be in clinic during admin time
- Join one Family Practitioner, an FNP, a part-time Pediatrician, and one LMHC
- Group needs a Family Practitioner who sees patients of all ages when Pediatrician is off
- EMR: eCW
- Nurse triage line takes primary call - secondary call approximately 1:12
- Average daily patient census: 20-22
- Teaching available, if desired
- Group of over 28 clinicians serves over 20,000 patients at 5 area locations
