Join our dynamic team, be apart of redefining senior care. Our state-of-the-art medical model empowers physicians to practice at the top of their license, supported by a dedicated team of caregivers.
Practice Details:
• 100% outpatient, NO CALL
• Flexible hours
•15- 20 patients per day
• Outstanding support with each physician having a dedicated care team of approximately 10 caregivers per physician
• Enjoy the newest technology and equipment with the ACO & EMR systems
• Experience in nursing home or geriatric care, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary 250K+ PCU (Patient care unit) Total comp 300K+, bonus opportunity like Medical directorships, extra 20k per
• Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, relocation and more
