Jefferson Community Health & Life in Fairbury, Nebraska, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join its established team and grow a practice tailored to your personal and professional goals.
The Opportunity
• 100% outpatient primary care
• Flexible 4 day workweek
• Work alongside a collegial team of 3 physicians and 5 APPs in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
• Opportunity to round on established patients in the inpatient setting if desired (but by no means required)
• Leadership option: CMO (base up to $550K dependent on experience)
Compensation & Benefits
• Proven earning potential of $400K++
• Generous sign-on bonus, plus quality-based performance bonuses
• Exceptional loan repayment: Up to $60K/year for 3 years through HPSA, plus PSLF eligibility
• CME support: 5 days + $5,000 annually
