This San Antonio-based Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner role offers a flexible schedule of 13 shifts per month, all from 8 AM to 8 PM, providing a great work-life balance. You'll be a key provider in a collaborative, team-based environment, assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in a fast-paced urgent care setting. With the opportunity to supervise RNs, LPNs, and medical assistants, this role is ideal for experienced practitioners seeking autonomy and leadership in a dynamic practice.
High demand location in San Antonio, TX.. Work life balance only 13 shifts per/month 8 am to 8 pm. Provide urgent care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. Work closely with physicians and other clinicians in a collaborative setting. Have the opportunity to help lead RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants. Qualifications: MSN required, NP certification, RN license, and prescriptive authority. Experience Preferred: 3 years of clinical nursing + 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner. Fast-paced urgent care setting with standard medical equipment & EHR system. Strong pay and benefits with work-life balance in a growing healthcare environment.
