Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician to play a key role developing a new and quickly-growing practice in a brand-new facility!
Our ideal candidate would have leadership skills, be an energetic team-player and have a love of patients in the Northland
Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership
High-quality practice model integrates 2 MD s, 2 APC s, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants and other support staff. The model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
Specialty outreach services visit the clinic weekly enjoy close and collegial relationship with specialists
Weekly work schedule: M-F, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly
Clinic Hours: 7:30AM - 5PM, Monday Friday
Opportunity to see prenatal patients if desired
Opportunity available to be a part of the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team and/or obstetrics delivery team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired
EPIC medical records
Compensation: $307,633. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
