Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their growing practice in Pleasant Hill, IA. The practice comprises a collaborative team of five physicians and six advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary care services to the community.
Practice Details:
Team Composition: 5 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers
Patient Volume: Manageable daily patient load
Facilities: On-site moderate complexity laboratory and general X-ray services
Support Services: In-house controlled substance management, chronic care coordination teams, and behavioral health support services
Technology: Allscripts Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
Access: Local and regional specialists available for referrals
Behavioral Health: Counselor available on-site
