Job Description:
Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their well-established practice in Ankeny, IA. The practice comprises a collaborative team of six providers dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary care services to the community.
Practice Details:
Team Composition: 6 Providers
Patient Volume: 20-22 patients per day
Schedule: 36 patient contact hours per week
Facilities: On-site digital x-ray
Support Services: In-house controlled substance management, chronic care coordination teams, and behavioral health support services
Compensation & Benefits:
Income Guarantee: Two-year guarantee with a $150,000 recruitment incentive
