This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a Family Medicine physician to join their collaborative group. This position offers strong compensation with excellent benefits, 4-day work week or block schedule options, and dedicated support staff. Position Highlights:
• Brand new, beautiful facility including a state-of-the-art clinic, exam rooms, ER, and procedure room
• Build your Family Medicine practice how you like with local leadership that respects your autonomy
• Join a collegial group of providers and support staff working together to provide high-quality care
• Choose a 4-day work week or block schedule options
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed, $300,000 base salary with$70,000+ in call and other compensation right from the start
• Top earners making up to $450,000
• Negotiable sign-on bonus, plus relocation and CME stipend
• Unique Kansas State Income + Student Loan Repayment program
