Specialty: Functional Medicine - DO preferred
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks, Potential to extend as locum, or go on permanently
Shift Details: 6-8 hour day shifts
Schedule: 3 days/week - M/Th/F
Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 3 days/week
· Patients per day: 8-12 pts/day
· Department description: Functional Medicine Clinic
· Skills required: Preferred experience in all or some of the following: Chelation therapy, intravenous nutrient infusions, ozone therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy, chronic fatigue, alternative cancer therapy, autoimmune illness and prolotherapy.

· License required: CO License in hand
