Top Hourly + All Travel Expenses
FQHC Setting
Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
Start: As soon as credentialed
End: 3 month contract with option to extend
Schedule: M-F 8A - 5P
Patient Volume: 18-50 AVG
Procedures: newborns to geriatrics, Family Medicine, Primary Care, Preventable Health, Immunizations, Wellness Checks
EMR: Nextgen
License: Active CA license
Certifications: Must be Board-Certified
