Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid state medical license in Texas
- Board certification or equivalent in General Medicine
- Proven experience in outpatient clinical settings
- Strong diagnostic and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage patient loads
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Prior locum or temporary physician work
- Knowledge of current medical guidelines and practices
- Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general medicine or primary care
- Previous locum tenens experience is advantageous but not required
Other Requirements:
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Ability to pass background checks and credentialing processes
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Commitment to delivering top-quality patient care
