Required Skills:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Valid state medical license in Texas
  • Board certification or equivalent in General Medicine
  • Proven experience in outpatient clinical settings
  • Strong diagnostic and patient management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage patient loads

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Prior locum or temporary physician work
  • Knowledge of current medical guidelines and practices
  • Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in general medicine or primary care
  • Previous locum tenens experience is advantageous but not required

Other Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Ability to pass background checks and credentialing processes
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
  • Commitment to delivering top-quality patient care

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $624, along with the opportunity to work on a flexible, per-diem basis starting March 6, 2026.
