Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Family Medicine Physician in a thriving outpatient clinic environment where you’ll make a meaningful impact on patients of all ages. Our clinic is committed to preventive care, chronic condition management, and improving the health and wellness of the community we serve.
Position Highlights
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with no inpatient responsibilities and limited shared on-call coverage.
• Patient Population: Serve a diverse range of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a supportive outpatient setting.
• Collaborative Team: Work with experienced healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff, in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive health services for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop personalized care plans to promote health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Perform minor office-based procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited medical school (M.D. or D.O.).
• Completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty.
• Active state medical license and DEA registration.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
