Thriving, physician-led practice in Southern Minnesota seeks new Family Medicine physician due to retirement.
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine - OP, IP, and ER (with opportunity to customize your scope of practice based on your preferences)
• Focus on quality of care - extremely reasonable daily patient volumes & lots of autonomy to practice as you would like
• 4-day week & 35+ days of Time Off = spend less than 50% of your time each year working
• Base salary is "evergreen." You can count on highly competitive earnings without stressing out over production here!
• Extremely competitive base salary of $350K & $150K signing bonus, plus additional lucrative wRVU bonus potential
• Plenty of experienced support staff keeps this practice running smoothly and efficiently
