We are seeking a Physician Program Director - Family Medicine - Schenectady, NY.
Permanent Program Director
Position Type: Permanent

Rate: $212,000 with incentives

Patient Population: High-needs patient population

Responsibilities: Clinical and supervisory roles overseeing Family Medicine Residency Program
Required Procedures: None specified

Support Staff: Full support from faculty and residents
Days Per Month: Full-time position
On-Call/Weekends: Weeknight and weekend call
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $212,000 with incentives
- Up to $50,000 Starting Bonus (to be discussed at interview)
- $15,000 Retention Bonuses for 2 years
