Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Licensure: Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Experience: Previous experience in outpatient primary care is preferred but not mandatory.
