Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opening in Oregon Located in Ashland, OR Full-Time & Permanent
- Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday
- No inpatient work required.
- Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.
- 72 patient per week via clinical encounters

- Epic EMR
- $300,000 1 year base
- 60K Sign on Bonus
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
- 240 hours authorized time off
- $50.20/wRVU in excess of 6,000 Annual Productive Bonus
- Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness - [Register to View] )
