A thriving 50-bed, Level III trauma hospital and clinic system is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join an 11-provider Primary Care team in a community-oriented health system built to support your quality of life.

Position Highlights:
• 4-day work week with no call, nights, or weekends.
• Flexible scheduling: choose from 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6.
• Dedicated medical assistant for every provider.
• Women's health focus within the clinic.
• EPIC EMR with virtual scribe tools.
• Mentorship available for new graduates.
Compensation Highlights:
• $344,000+ base salary plus wRVU.
• Up to $20,000 quality incentive bonus.
• Up to $90,000 sign-on bonus.
• Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment.
• $2,000/month residency stipend.
• Comprehensive benefits including 8 weeks PTO, $20,000 relocation package, CME, and more.
