Job Title: Family Medicine Outpatient Physician (No OB)

Location: Lubbock, TX

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Compensation: $240,000
• Earning Potential: $350,000+

Practice Details:

• Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Role Responsibilities:
As a Family Medicine Outpatient Physician, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the medical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
