We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Family Medicine in Colorado.

Position Type: Permanent

Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Days + On-Call (phone-only, shared amongst a large group)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Position Details:
- Patient Population: Primary Care
- Setting: Rural setting with support from a large system
- Responsibilities: Provide primary care in a newly renovated facility. Opportunity to build a practice within the community.
- Required Procedures: General Family Medicine procedures
- EMR System: N/A
- Support Staff: Full support from UCHealth
- Days Per Month: Full-time
- On-Call/Weekends: Phone-only call, shared amongst a large group
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- Active CO license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- 3+ years’ experience in Primary Care - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $246,000 - $274,000 annually
- Bonuses: Quality and/or productivity bonus may apply
- Relocation: Eligible candidates may receive a relocation package
