FAMILY PRACTICE - 100% CLINIC / DESIRED SOUTHWEST COMMUNITY
PRACTICE
*Join Hospital Employed Group
*Work with other providers
*Four day work weeks
*Phone call one day every seven weeks
*Practice has support
*Defined Need
*Be busy day one
*Clinic located by hospital
*Cerner EMR
+On-going salary of $280K + (adjusted based on experience)
+Quality bonus of $12K yrly
+wRVU production bonus
=$350K to $400K yearly
*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail, CME, student support, relo, PTO(28-31 days), and $100K sign-on bonus
