Primary Care FP/IM opportunity available in Eastern Illinois within an hour to Terre Haute and Evansville, IN.
- This is a hospital employed position within a smaller community.
- 40 hours a week - can work 4 or 5 days a week.
- Call is 1:5 and is very minimal, only by phone.
- 17-23 patients per day.
- Providers follow their own patients in the hospital.
- Opportunity to take on ER shifts if desired.
- Avg daily census is 5-7 for the entire organization.
- Base salary, $45K sign on, retention bonuses for year 2 and 3, $10K relo, wRVU bonuses, and full benefits.
- $250-260K guaranteed base - depends on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
