A top critical-access hospital in Washington state (WA) seeks a Hospitalist Physician (Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Med/Peds trained) to join their long-tenured team.
Position Highlights:
- Inpatient only with optional urgent care available
- 4-day work week with nights, weekends, and Fridays off - Home with your family each night!
- Average census of 2-3 with NO ICU responsibilities
- EMR-EPIC
- Joining 4 Physicians that have been with the team 15+ years
- Ability to pick up ED shifts, if interested, but not required
Compensation Package Includes:
- Competitive base salary in the range of $270,000-$350,000 - Negotiable based on skills and experience
- Annual retention bonus
- Sign-on bonus of $50,000
- Relocation up to $20,000
- Full comprehensive benefits package including:
-- Paid premiums for health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
-- Retirement with 4% match
-- 5 Weeks PTO in addition to 4 day workweek - totaling 77 weekdays off annually!
-- CME stipend of 5K
