- Position Type: Permanent

- Shift: 36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours per week, including some weekend and on-call requirements

- Patient Population: All age groups
- Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to all age groups in an office-based setting
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic medical services
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications, perform routine vaccinations, and offer health advice
- Order necessary tests and follow-up visits, and refer to specialists as needed
- Provide direction to clinical and reception staff
- Ensure accurate medical documentation and E/M coding for all patient care
- Required Procedures: Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of acute illnesses
- EMR System: Athena
- Support Staff: Yes, in a multi-specialty group practice
- Days Per Month: TBD
- On-Call/Weekends: Rotating Saturdays and on-call requirements
Submission Requirements:
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- NJ license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- CSR/CDS Certified (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice - REQUIRED
