An award-winning, level-III trauma center are seeking a Family Medicine physician with ER training to work 1-2, 12-hour ER shifts per week alongside 2.5, outpatient primary care clinic days. There is also an option to practice as Hospitalist instead of ER shifts, if preferred.
This hospital is well-known for high physician satisfaction and retention.
The Position:
• Schedule includes 2.5 outpatient clinic days and 1-2, 12-hour shifts per week
• Option to practice as a Hospitalist alongside outpatient clinic days
• Practice alongside 2 APP's in the ER, 1 FM physician and 5 APP's in clinic
• Level-III Trauma Center averages 2K ER visits per month
• Compensation includes a Base Salary plus an hourly ER rate of $275; annual income easily into the $400K range
• $100K Sign-on Package, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, Retirement, PTO, CME, and more
Southern Kansas:
